Additionally,  we will address any nutrient deficiencies, hormone imbalances, metabolic dysfunction or other health concerns to ensure your plan is tailored towards achieving optimal health and well-being.

DO I HAVE TO BE VEGAN OR VEGETARIAN TO WORK WITH YOU?

No, I’ve helped numerous non-veg clients achieve their health goals. My philosophy is all about creating a balanced lifestyle that you enjoy.

My coaching approach is rooted in a holistic perspective that emphasises sustainable lifestyle changes for a happy and healthy life. I believe in empowering women to develop a healthy relationship with food and exercise, free from guilt or shame. My goal is to help you achieve lasting results without resorting to restrictive diets or extreme measures.

HOW MUCH DOES YOUR COACHING PROGRAM COST?

The cost of my coaching program varies depending on the level of support and services you require. I offer different packages to accommodate different budgets and goals. During our initial consultation, we can discuss pricing options and determine which package is best suited to your needs and budget.

I HAVE A HEALTH CONDITION CAN I STILL WORK WITH YOU?

Absolutely, I specialise in lifestyle diseases and have worked within GP clinics helping numerous patients reverse, manage or prevent their lifestyle condition so that they too can enjoy life to the fullest.

DO I NEED ANY SPECIAL EQUIPMENT OR PRIOR EXPERIENCE TO WORK WITH YOU?

No special equipment or prior experience is necessary. Whether you're a beginner or have some experience with fitness and nutrition, I will tailor the program to suit your individual needs and preferences. I'll work with you to create a plan that fits into your lifestyle and helps you achieve your goals.
